Larry wrote a deal for the Theodore Motor Inn

The realtor has a contract on it until the 25^Th of February.

Deb should get it already to go and get it approved but this can’t go live and linked until the 25^th

I promised the owner we would not charge him the advertising fee if his realtor sells it for him between now and the 25^TH
